Esther Jolobala Demands Apology from Uladi Mussa for Offensive Comments

Machinga East legislator Esther Jolobala has demanded an apology from veteran politician Uladi Mussa over remarks she finds demeaning to women.
Displeased, gender rights activist Maggie Kathewera Banda has backed Jolobala, expressing disapproval of the sentiments.
Speaking in Salima as he defected to the Malawi Congress Party (MCP) on Monday, Mussa said he could not bear a nine-month suspension by the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP), stating that he is not pregnant.
Meanwhile, Mussa has declined to comment.
