Unidentified man looks like Skomota has caught red-handed stealing green maize from someone’s field.
In a video which is circulating on social media, is showing the suspect with strange hair cut being slapped while tied his hands behind back.
This comes barely after two days, when a little boy from Salima caught stealing and punished severe by the owners, the situation which has triggered heavy intervention from child rights groups.
