In a case before the Matero Local Court, Prophet Patrick Mpasi accused Willard Nyanwa of practicing witchcraft and engaging in illicit activities with women while they slept.

Despite promising to expose Nyanwa’s alleged charms during the court proceedings, Mpasi failed to do so when given the opportunity.

The incident occurred during an overnight prayer meeting at Chongela farm, where Mpasi, from Reward in Faith Ministries, made the accusations against Nyanwa.

The defamation case was brought before Magistrate Harriet Mulenga on March 12, 2024, for consideration.

Following arguments from both parties, Magistrate Mulenga adjourned the case to March 21 for a site visit at Chongela farm.

During the visit, Mpasi reiterated his claims, insisting that Nyanwa was a wizard who used charms to transform into animals and engage in immoral activities.

Mpasi further alleged that Nyanwa had relocated his charms and placed obstacles in their path, asserting his stance despite lacking evidence to support his claims.
