Director General of the Anti-Corruption Bureau, Martha Chizuma, says she has yet to decide on whether to express interest to renew her contract when it ends May 31.
Her remarks contradict reports that the Office of the President and Cabinet has rejected her application for renewal.
“There is no OPC rejection because there has not been any intention to renew that I have submitted. The law allows renewal. I can choose to express intention to renew or not . But I am yet to position on that,” she said speaking to Zodiak Online a while ago.
“I am hoping to finalise two projects I have been heavily involved in that are already at the end before I do my report and proceed on leave,” she said.
