Malawi Women’s football star Tabitha Chawinga has been named 2023/24 D1Arkema Player of the Season in her debut season in France.
The Paris Saint Germain striker has beaten her team mate Grace Geroyo and Lindsey Horan of Olympic Lyonnais for the top award.
She is also set to win the golden boot award in the league as she has netted 18 goals for PSG. Last week, she was also named Player of the Month for March.
Tabitha also the won the similar award in her debut season in Italy while playing for Inter Milan Women last season where she scored 23 goals in 21 matches. Then, she won the golden boot award.
