PDP to Launch on June 9th in Lilongwe

The newly established People’s Development Party (PDP), led by the former Southern region president for the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP), Dr. Kondwani Nankhumwa, is set to be officially launched on June 9th at Masintha Ground in Lilongwe.
The PDP made the announcement via their Facebook page. Nankhumwa announced the formation of the PDP this year in April after he was expelled from the DPP.
In its first press statement, the PDP shared its vision of supporting long-term development, helping communities, ensuring everyone has enough food, and encouraging hard work.
The upcoming launch event on June 9th is expected to draw significant attention, as many look forward to hearing more about the PDP’s plans and how they intend to bring their vision to life.
