There was commotion at a certain shop in Lunzu Township in the commercial capital Blantyre on Tuesday after unknown woman was caught red-handed shoplifting.
It is said that the woman who is currently in the hands of the law enforcers went to the shop where she pretended to be doing a window shopping.
While doing window shopping the woman was detected by CCTV cameras shoplifting, forcing the owner to press an alarm.
The alarm forced the security guard to close the entrance of the shop and the alarm attracted attention of the onlookers who rushed to the shop.
“Zojambulana ayi. Musandijambule,” said the suspect as she was being quizzed by the owner of the shop.
