The High Court in Mzuzu will on Wednesday June 19 make a ruling on whether Tadikira Mafubza, stepson to former President Peter Mutharika and seven others have a case to answer or not in a manslaughter and aggravated human trafficking case.
Mafubza is answering twelve counts of manslaughter and aggravated human trafficking alongside Aubrey Dukes, Arnold Mwakiyela, Boniface Ngulube, Duncan Kalulu, David Luhanga, Thomas Kazembe, and Samuel Navaya.
The case is in connection to the 30 bodies of suspected Ethiopian nationals discovered in a mass grave inside Mtangatanga Forest Reserve in Mzimba district in 2022.
