The Senior Resident Magistrate Court sitting at Mangochi will next Tuesday deliver a judgment to activist Bon Kalindo in a case where he was found guilty of inciting violence.
Kalindo has been answering the charges after leading anti-government demonstrations in November last year.
The demos ended up with acts of violence.
In a court document signed by Senior Resident Magistrate Muhammad Chande, the ruling will be delivered on July 09 at 9am.
After the judgement, Kalindo will the next day be in Lilongwe for the hearing of another case.
In this case, he is accused of tampering with electricity equipment when he allegedly illegally connected electricity to his house.
This is also contained in the court notice.
