Confederations of African Football (Caf) has banned Bingu National Stadium from hosting Caf Champions League matches due to its poor condition.

This means FCB Nyasa Big Bullets risk playing their Caf Champions League match against Red Arrows from Zambia away from home.

Former flames players Esau Kanyenda has commented that the ban BNS to host football matches is just proving that proven that someone, somewhere is snoring on his duty.

“Playing away from home it will be costly and this will culminate Bullets not to enjoy the rhythm of playing in CAF Champions league”, said Kanyenda.

The ban comes one month before the Flames host Burundi in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon) qualifiers.
