Malawian veteran artist Nepia Longwe popularly known as Nepman has admitted that Malawi music industry is full of jealousy and envy.
Nepman who is currently in Lusaka Zambia, has made the sentiment today on 15 July 2024 thought his official Facebook page.
The Na Lero hit-maker, has posted that some local Malawian artist who have been going to Zambia, have been refused to share Nepman’s phone number to Zambian when asked.
Those artists claimed to lie that they don’t have Nep’s number yet they do.
However, Nepman is doing it in a different way as he is busy sharing numbers of local Malawian artists to Zambian despite being rebuffed by his fellow artists before.
“That’s why some big artists are failing to push up-coming artist because of jealousy they don’t want to see them rising than them”, said Nepman
Nepman has emphasized that jealous and envy must stop among musicians and if they will keep doing that, they’ll leave the game at armature level
