Malawian vernacular hiphop rapper Owen Chimwemwe Malungu popularly known as Ill Mind has released a diss track attacking his former record label boss Bensam.
The Lilongwe based artist, has released the song titled Muscles (Sitikuopa) yesterday on 23 July 2024 both video and audio which is available on Malawi-music.com and other online streaming platforms.
It has been noted that the artist who was signed by Bensam under Bensam Entertainment record label in 2018, left the label in past two years.
In a fresh released song, Ill Mind has openly said the label ended after his departure as solo artist and he has even claimed to be the one who was running the label.
“Kungoluka Label inathera pompo, ndine ndika runner dancehall Sean Paul”, says the lyrics.
In his response, Bensam has posted on his official Facebook page saying what has been a burden to duck, chicken cannot attempt to pick it up.
Bensam being a bodybuilder has also been mocked by his former artist in the song by saying, he is going to start twerking after taking hunters cider.
