Mbakuwaku Movement for Development Peter Kuwani has said he will contest for Presidency in the forthcoming 2025 polls.
The Malawi Electoral Commission (MEC) is scheduled to hold the general election in September next year and various political parties in the country have started preparing for the polls.
Speaking in an interview with the press Kuwani said he will contest for Presidency due to failure by the current regime to solve challenges Malawians are facing.
Kuwani said he will go sole at the polls.
In 2019 polls, Kuwani also contested on the post of Presidency but he performed badly.
