Information reaching this publication indicates that Malawi Housing Corporation (MHC) employees from all regions are staging a sit in.
The disgruntled employees are pushing for the immediate firing of the Chief Executive Officer and other top managers.
The employees also want the government to restructure their salaries and improve condition of service among others.
The industrial action has come barely a day after State President Lazarus Chakwera launched construction of 250,000 houses under MHC.
