President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera is currently in Rome, Italy where he is today scheduled to meet leader of the Catholic Church across the World Pope Francis.
Chakwera arrived in Italy yesterday.
Upon his arrival, President Chakwera and Madame Monica Chakwera were welcomed by the Malawian Ambassador to Italy, Dr Naomi Ngwira.
From Italy, Chakwera will proceed to German where he is also scheduled to conduct a number of official duties.
