Veteran Malawian Afro-pop singer and songwriter Dan Lufani popularly known as Dan Lu has escaped death after eating food suspected to be poisoned.
Yesterday on 18 August 2024, the artist was seen in pictures at a certain hospital receiving medical treatment after meeting his fate.
Malawian music lovers, were throwing quick recovery wishes to the artist after coming across to trending pictures of him in hospital.
However, Dan Lu has today confirmed his situation by making a post on his official Facebook page telling people what really happened.
Dan Lu writes: “Emergency advice – food poisoning: Watch what you eat when you’re away from home equally, remember to pray!”
Dan has thanked his fans for wishing him speed recovery and he has people that he is about to get better very soon.
“Dear Fans – on my way to 100% recovery, thank you for your support”, reads the post.
