It’s been two solid weeks now people of Mwanza sending their complaints to Southern Region Water Board(SRWB) that they are receiving black water mixed with mud in their water taps.
It reported that these people are in great danger after taking such contaminated water the board has not yet done anything to solve the problem.
They also said that the water bills they receive are very high even though the same black water does not come out enough so that in some areas like in Benjamin, the water comes out only at night.
Some of the people who complained on WhatsApp group of SRWB are found to be removed from it.
However, the residents are thinking of going to the road to protest against the board as they are seem not caring their problems.
