The remains of Senior Chief Nkhulambe of Phalombe District will be buried on Saturday, August 31, 2024, at her Nkhulambe Headquarters.
The late Senior Chief, whose real name was Loney Kachamba, passed away on Wednesday, August 28, 2024, at John Chilembwe Hospital in Phalombe, where she was receiving treatment.
Born on April 10, 1952, Senior Chief Nkhulambe will be deeply missed by her community.
The Ministry of Local Government, Unity and Culture has expressed its regret at her passing and offered condolences to her family and loved ones.
