Opposition Peoples Party (PP) has said it will go into an electoral alliance with Mafunde Party ahead of the 2025 polls.
Former President Dr. Joyce Banda who is also PP founder revealed this during the opening of the party’s elective conference currently underway at Crossroads Hotel in the capital Lilongwe.
In her speech Banda said PP and Mafunde President who is also Tonse Alliance spokesperson have been holding discussion on how the two parties can work together for the betterment of Malawians.
Joyce Banda said more details on the marriage of the two parties will be announced in future.
