A twenty (20)-year-old man in Nsanje district has committed suicide by hanging himself after being accused of impregnating three girls.

Spokesperson for Nsanje Police Agnes Zalakaoma has confirmed the incident and she has identified the deceased at Yohane Matuku.

Makutu was found lifeless after hanging himself to roof of his house during the night of Monday 9 September 2024.

Police are now investigating the matter and have asked more time to comment.

Yohane Matuku hailed from Chikolo Village Traditional Authority  Tengani in Nsanje District.
