Akometsi’ female recording artist Emmie Deebo has today released her latest track, Tikudziweni, which translates to “May We Know You.”
The new single is a direct response to the criticism she has faced, despite her consistent achievements in various fields.
In Tikudziweni, Emmie addresses her critics head-on, asking, “Kodi ndinu enemy kapena friend? Muli pa vep kapena nje? Tikudziweni ndinu ndani,” which means “Are you an enemy or a friend? Are you with us or not? May we know who you are.”
The song comes shortly after Emmie Deebo was announced as the brand ambassador for Pink Beauty by Hirwa General Dealers (HGD).
With its powerful message and infectious beat, Tikudziweni is set to become a nationwide hit and it is now available for download on Malawi-music.com and various digital streaming platforms.
