Murder case, involving Lester Maganga, who is accused of murdering a Coca-Cola employee, Allan Witika, returns to the Lilongwe High Court this morning.
According to one of the defence lawyers, Gonjetso Dikiya, the state is expected to parade two of the four witnesses.
Witika is believed to have murdered Allan Witika in Area 15, Lilongwe on 20 September 2023.
Maganga pleaded not guilty to the charges related to the murder, including illegal possession of ammunition.
He is still remanded at Maula Prison since his arrest on 20 October 2023.
