Patricia Navidad, a 42-year-old Mexican singer, found herself in a deeply embarrassing situation during a live performance on national TV.

While appearing on the popular morning show Despierta America (Wake Up America), the singer was performing Viva Mexico when her sanitary pad unexpectedly slipped out from between her legs, becoming visible to the audience.
