The University of Blantyre Synod has expressed satisfaction with the increase in the number of graduates, rising from 18 in 2022 to 42 in 2024.

Speaking at a graduation ceremony held in Blantyre, Vice Chancellor Professor Isabel Apawo Phiri announced plans to introduce new programs, including a Master’s Degree in Commerce, a Master’s Degree in Education, and a PhD in Theology.

Professor Phiri urged the graduates to uphold Christian values, demonstrate integrity, and contribute to the fight against corruption in their professional lives.

Meanwhile, Deputy Minister of Education praised the CCAP Blantyre Synod for supporting the government’s efforts in advancing education across Malawi.
