United Democratic Front (UDF), Presidential torchbearer Atupele Muluzi has asked voters in the Southern Region to reject recycled politicians in the forthcoming polls.
He said this during a whistle stop tour.
“Most of the times we may only blame the Presidents but to a greater extent is also these yes-maniac bootlickers who have been recycled from one ruling party to another . They are specialized bootlickers who wrongly advise the leaders so that they personally benefit from the President of the Malawian populace who suffer by way of the same advices”, said Atupele.
Atupele said UDF came up with the Agenda for change to “change the way this country is run and ensure that the bulk of the youthful citizenry and indeed all Malawians are not taken for granted”.
“We need economic change. The new UDF is the change you can trust”, he said.
The Whistle stop tour was conducted in the district of Phalombe and Mulanje.
