LILONGWE TO HOST FIRST PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE DEBATE THIS EVENING

This evening Lilongwe especially Bingu International Conference Centre ( BICC) will be the center of attraction as it hold Presidential Candidates debate.

The debate which has been organized by Media Institute  of Southern Africa (MISA) Malawi Chapter aim at giving presidential candidates a chance to sale themselves  to the electorate.

The Presidential candidates debate follows a running mates debate which was organized by Zodiak Broadcasting Station (ZBS) which focused only on Major four Political parties in the country.

But the Presidential candidates debate is not selective.

Out of 12 Presidential candidates only 10 will be participating in this evening debate. The ruling People’s party (PP) and United Independent Party (UIP) lead by Helen Singh will not take part.
