As deliberations on the State of the Nation Address continues  at Parliament building in Lilongwe, reports reaching Face of Malawi indicate that   Parliament meeting will adjourn on July 4 next week Friday.

In a related development, Minister of Finance Goodall  Gondwe will deliver provisional budget this Friday as proposed by President Professor Peter Mutharika.
Meanwhile, Proposal by independent MPs to form a bloc in Parliament has been rejected by the business committee.
So far there are now about 20 independents in Malawi Parliament–others have either decided to work with the ruling DPP government or work with opposition Malawi Congress Party (MCP).
