The Malawi National Examinations Board (MANEB) in conjunction with the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology has released has released results of the 2015 Primary School Leaving Certificate Examination(PSLCE) and 2015-16 form 1 selection results.

According to MANEB statement made available to FaceofMalawi, out of the 249,031 candidates who sat for this year’s examinations 168,221 have qualified for the award of the Primary School Leaving Certificate of Education. This represents a 67.6% pass rate.

“All candidates are informed to check their selection results at secondary schools within their respective Divisions,” reads in part the statement.

The board has advised student who are not satisfied with the results to launch a complaint in writing through their heads of schools where they registered.

“MANEB will not entertain any query about the results made directly to the Board by candidates or any other individual.

“All queries should reach MANEB by 7th October, 2015. After this date, no further queries will be entertained,” reads in part the statement.

Meanwhile MANEB has advised students who have been selected to start Form 1 to report to their respective schools by Monday,7th September, 2015.
