People living around Likhubula river in Mulanje have been engulfed with deep shock over the death of unknown man.
According information sourced by this publication, a man only identified as Kamphonje was found dead at Likhubula pool (Likhubula river) in the early hours of Wednesday.
Environmental Education Specialist at Mulanje Mountain Conservation Trust Kondwani Chamwala confirmed of the development in a short statement post on his official facebook page.
“Much detail about the deceased are yet to be known but he came yesterday in Likhubula. He successfully visited Dziwe la Nkhalamba and the Likhubula pools.
“He went back to the pool early morning today where his life ended,” reads the statement in part.
Meanwhile the remains of the deceased have been taken to Mulanje Hospital for postmortem.
