The last time we heard from Pastor Mboro, he was in hell. There, he killed Devil.

“…I got to hell there was a queue of millions of people waiting to be braai’d by Satan.

…When Satan saw me he panicked and directed his army to kill me. Like Samson in the Bible, I defeated them. Satan was my last victim,” he posted on his Facebook page.

While many cautioned the pastor to be a good pastor, to stop being irrational and quit posting nonsense, others believed the “man of God” was just being hilarious.

The “others” were right. Pastor Mboro has announced that he will abandon his congregation for a career in comedy if they (congregation) don’t meet some of his needs.

“I have CDs. I’m an entertainer and comedian…,” he told the congregation and threatened to shut down his church if the members won’t provide him with the fund for the legal action he intends to take against the CRL Rights Commission (Commission for the Promotion and Protection of the Rights of Cultural, Religious and Linguistic Communities).

The pastor isn’t happy with the Commission’s move for all religious leaders and their places of worship to be registered.

He argued that the Commission’s attempts to regulate religion is a waste of time.

“How will they regulate? Will it be with the Quran or the Bible? There are many religions so let us leave people to their faiths,” he said.

Thereafter, he lamented that he’s being persecuted for associating with the poorest of the poor.

“The commission only cares about how much the church is making, not what we are doing for the people. People are being healed here.

“The commission does not see the work I do. I will leave this congregation and all the work I am doing for the people if it is so wrong,” he threatened.

With that, he called on those he’s been helping to foot the legal cost for the action against CRL, and sponsor the cost of broadcasting his ministry.

“All women and children who didn’t have children, they have children today. Their growths, their cysts, they are gone.

“…I’m going on strike. If they’re going to need my service they must stand up and tell the world, who I am,” added Pastor Mboro.
